Philadelphia Eagles off to 2-0 start despite turnovers and penalties aplenty

However you want to label it, you can’t say that the Philadelphia Eagles’ 24-23 victory over the Baltimore Ravens in Week 2 was dull.

Despite another game that saw too many errors and too many turnovers, the Eagles again pulled out a win to move to 2-0 for the 2012 season. The last time the Birds got off to such a good start was 2004, the year the team went to the Super Bowl

Let The Games Begin!




That’s right, ladies and gents, tonight marks the first Philadelphia Eagles preseason game versus the Baltimore Ravens.

Andy Reid warns that there will be a lot of learning going on in this year’s preseason games due to the lack of OTAs and mini camps in the offseason. With that said, he notes that “there’s going to be great energy” on the field.

In other words, expect this year’s preseason games to be ugly. But they will present plenty of opportunities for fans, players and coaches to learn a lot about this reputed “Dream Team.” Continue reading ‘Let The Games Begin!’
